LEITURA Bíblia Sagrada Versão - João Ferreira de Almeida 2ª edição - PT-BR King James Version      Josué 24  Atos 4  Jeremias 13 LEITURA  17º DIA  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Josué 24 1 Depois, reuniu Josué todas as tribos de Israel em Siquém e chamou os anciãos de Israel, os seus cabeças, os seus juízes e os seus oficiais; e eles se apresentaram diante de Deus. 2 Então, Josué disse a todo o povo: Assim diz o SENHOR, Deus de Israel: Antigamente, vossos pais, Tera, pai de Abraão e de Naor, habitaram dalém do Eufrates e serviram a outros deuses. 3 Eu, porém, tomei Abraão, vosso pai, dalém do rio e o fiz percorrer toda a terra de Canaã; também lhe multipliquei a descendência e lhe dei Isaque. 4 A Isaque dei Jacó e Esaú e a Esaú dei em possessão as montanhas de Seir; porém Jacó e seus filhos desceram para o Egito. 5 Então, enviei Moisés e Arão e feri o Egito com o que fiz no meio dele; e, depois, vos tirei de lá. 6 Tirando eu vossos pais do Egito, viestes ao mar; os egípcios perseguiram vossos pais, com carros e com cavaleiros, até ao mar Vermelho. 7 E, clamando vossos pais, o SENHOR pôs escuridão entre vós e os egípcios, e trouxe o mar sobre estes, e o mar os cobriu; e os vossos olhos viram o que eu fiz no Egito. Então, habitastes no deserto por muito tempo. 8 Daí eu vos trouxe à terra dos amorreus, que habitavam dalém do Jordão, os quais pelejaram contra vós outros; porém os entreguei nas vossas mãos, e possuístes a sua terra; e os destruí diante de vós. 9 Levantou-se, também, o rei de Moabe, Balaque, filho de Zipor, e pelejou contra Israel; mandou chamar Balaão, filho de Beor, para que vos amaldiçoasse. 10 Porém eu não quis ouvir Balaão; e ele teve de vos abençoar; e, assim, vos livrei da sua mão. 11 Passando vós o Jordão e vindo a Jericó, os habitantes de Jericó pelejaram contra vós outros e também os amorreus, os ferezeus, os cananeus, os heteus, os girgaseus, os heveus e os jebuseus; porém os entreguei nas vossas mãos. 12 Enviei vespões adiante de vós, que os expulsaram da vossa presença, bem como os dois reis dos amorreus, e isso não com a tua espada, nem com o teu arco. 13 Dei-vos a terra em que não trabalhastes e cidades que não edificastes, e habitais nelas; comeis das vinhas e dos olivais que não plantastes. 14 Agora, pois, temei ao SENHOR e servi-o com integridade e com fidelidade; deitai fora os deuses aos quais serviram vossos pais dalém do Eufrates e no Egito e servi ao SENHOR. 15 Porém, se vos parece mal servir ao SENHOR, escolhei, hoje, a quem sirvais: se aos deuses a quem serviram vossos pais que estavam dalém do Eufrates ou aos deuses dos amorreus em cuja terra habitais. Eu e a minha casa serviremos ao SENHOR. 16 Então, respondeu o povo e disse: Longe de nós o abandonarmos o SENHOR para servirmos a outros deuses; 17 porque o SENHOR é o nosso Deus; ele é quem nos fez subir, a nós e a nossos pais, da terra do Egito, da casa da servidão, quem fez estes grandes sinais aos nossos olhos e nos guardou por todo o caminho em que andamos e entre todos os povos pelo meio dos quais passamos. 18 O SENHOR expulsou de diante de nós todas estas gentes, até o amorreu, morador da terra; portanto, nós também serviremos ao SENHOR, pois ele é o nosso Deus. 19 Então, Josué disse ao povo: Não podereis servir ao SENHOR, porquanto é Deus santo, Deus zeloso, que não perdoará a vossa transgressão nem os vossos pecados. 20 Se deixardes o SENHOR e servirdes a deuses estranhos, então, se voltará, e vos fará mal, e vos consumirá, depois de vos ter feito bem. 21 Então, disse o povo a Josué: Não; antes, serviremos ao SENHOR. 22 Josué disse ao povo: Sois testemunhas contra vós mesmos de que escolhestes o SENHOR para o servir. E disseram: Nós o somos. 23 Agora, pois, deitai fora os deuses estranhos que há no meio de vós e inclinai o coração ao SENHOR, Deus de Israel. 24 Disse o povo a Josué: Ao SENHOR, nosso Deus, serviremos e obedeceremos à sua voz. 25 Assim, naquele dia, fez Josué aliança com o povo e lha pôs por estatuto e direito em Siquém. 26 Josué escreveu estas palavras no Livro da Lei de Deus; tomou uma grande pedra e a erigiu ali debaixo do carvalho que estava em lugar santo do SENHOR. 27 Disse Josué a todo o povo: Eis que esta pedra nos será testemunha, pois ouviu todas as palavras que o SENHOR nos tem dito; portanto, será testemunha contra vós outros para que não mintais a vosso Deus. 28 Então, Josué despediu o povo, cada um para a sua herança. 29 Depois destas coisas, sucedeu que Josué, filho de Num, servo do SENHOR, faleceu com a idade de cento e dez anos. 30 Sepultaram-no na sua própria herança, em Timnate-Sera, que está na região montanhosa de Efraim, para o norte do monte Gaás. 31 Serviu, pois, Israel ao SENHOR todos os dias de Josué e todos os dias dos anciãos que ainda sobreviveram por muito tempo depois de Josué e que sabiam todas as obras feitas pelo SENHOR a Israel. 32 Os ossos de José, que os filhos de Israel trouxeram do Egito, enterraram-nos em Siquém, naquela parte do campo que Jacó comprara aos filhos de Hamor, pai de Siquém, por cem peças de prata, e que veio a ser a herança dos filhos de José. 33 Faleceu também Eleazar, filho de Arão, e o sepultaram em Gibeá, pertencente a Finéias, seu filho, a qual lhe fora dada na região montanhosa de Efraim. https://www.biblegateway.com/ audio/dramatized/kjv/Josh.24 ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  24 And Joshua gathered all the tribes of Israel to Shechem, and called for the elders of Israel, and for their heads, and for their judges, and for their officers; and they presented themselves before God. 2 And Joshua said unto all the people, Thus saith the Lord God of Israel, Your fathers dwelt on the other side of the flood in old time, even Terah, the father of Abraham, and the father of Nachor: and they served other gods. 3 And I took your father Abraham from the other side of the flood, and led him throughout all the land of Canaan, and multiplied his seed, and gave him Isaac. 4 And I gave unto Isaac Jacob and Esau: and I gave unto Esau mount Seir, to possess it; but Jacob and his children went down into Egypt. 5 I sent Moses also and Aaron, and I plagued Egypt, according to that which I did among them: and afterward I brought you out. 6 And I brought your fathers out of Egypt: and ye came unto the sea; and the Egyptians pursued after your fathers with chariots and horsemen unto the Red sea. 7 And when they cried unto the Lord, he put darkness between you and the Egyptians, and brought the sea upon them, and covered them; and your eyes have seen what I have done in Egypt: and ye dwelt in the wilderness a long season. 8 And I brought you into the land of the Amorites, which dwelt on the other side Jordan; and they fought with you: and I gave them into your hand, that ye might possess their land; and I destroyed them from before you. 9 Then Balak the son of Zippor, king of Moab, arose and warred against Israel, and sent and called Balaam the son of Beor to curse you: 10 But I would not hearken unto Balaam; therefore he blessed you still: so I delivered you out of his hand. 11 And you went over Jordan, and came unto Jericho: and the men of Jericho fought against you, the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Girgashites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites; and I delivered them into your hand. 12 And I sent the hornet before you, which drave them out from before you, even the two kings of the Amorites; but not with thy sword, nor with thy bow. 13 And I have given you a land for which ye did not labour, and cities which ye built not, and ye dwell in them; of the vineyards and oliveyards which ye planted not do ye eat. 14 Now therefore fear the Lord, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the Lord. 15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. 16 And the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the Lord, to serve other gods; 17 For the Lord our God, he it is that brought us up and our fathers out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage, and which did those great signs in our sight, and preserved us in all the way wherein we went, and among all the people through whom we passed: 18 And the Lord drave out from before us all the people, even the Amorites which dwelt in the land: therefore will we also serve the Lord; for he is our God. 19 And Joshua said unto the people, Ye cannot serve the Lord: for he is an holy God; he is a jealous God; he will not forgive your transgressions nor your sins. 20 If ye forsake the Lord, and serve strange gods, then he will turn and do you hurt, and consume you, after that he hath done you good. 21 And the people said unto Joshua, Nay; but we will serve the Lord. 22 And Joshua said unto the people, Ye are witnesses against yourselves that ye have chosen you the Lord, to serve him. And they said, We are witnesses. 23 Now therefore put away, said he, the strange gods which are among you, and incline your heart unto the Lord God of Israel. 24 And the people said unto Joshua, The Lord our God will we serve, and his voice will we obey. 25 So Joshua made a covenant with the people that day, and set them a statute and an ordinance in Shechem. 26 And Joshua wrote these words in the book of the law of God, and took a great stone, and set it up there under an oak, that was by the sanctuary of the Lord. 27 And Joshua said unto all the people, Behold, this stone shall be a witness unto us; for it hath heard all the words of the Lord which he spake unto us: it shall be therefore a witness unto you, lest ye deny your God. 28 So Joshua let the people depart, every man unto his inheritance. 29 And it came to pass after these things, that Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of the Lord, died, being an hundred and ten years old. 30 And they buried him in the border of his inheritance in Timnathserah, which is in mount Ephraim, on the north side of the hill of Gaash. 31 And Israel served the Lord all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders that overlived Joshua, and which had known all the works of the Lord, that he had done for Israel. 32 And the bones of Joseph, which the children of Israel brought up out of Egypt, buried they in Shechem, in a parcel of ground which Jacob bought of the sons of Hamor the father of Shechem for an hundred pieces of silver: and it became the inheritance of the children of Joseph. 33 And Eleazar the son of Aaron died; and they buried him in a hill that pertained to Phinehas his son, which was given him in mount Ephraim. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Atos 4 1 Falavam eles ainda ao povo quando sobrevieram os sacerdotes, o capitão do templo e os saduceus, 2 ressentidos por ensinarem eles o povo e anunciarem, em Jesus, a ressurreição dentre os mortos; 3 e os prenderam, recolhendo-os ao cárcere até ao dia seguinte, pois já era tarde. 4 Muitos, porém, dos que ouviram a palavra a aceitaram, subindo o número de homens a quase cinco mil. 5 No dia seguinte, reuniram-se em Jerusalém as autoridades, os anciãos e os escribas 6 com o sumo sacerdote Anás, Caifás, João, Alexandre e todos os que eram da linhagem do sumo sacerdote; 7 e, pondo-os perante eles, os argüiram: Com que poder ou em nome de quem fizestes isto? 8 Então, Pedro, cheio do Espírito Santo, lhes disse: Autoridades do povo e anciãos, 9 visto que hoje somos interrogados a propósito do benefício feito a um homem enfermo e do modo por que foi curado, 10 tomai conhecimento, vós todos e todo o povo de Israel, de que, em nome de Jesus Cristo, o Nazareno, a quem vós crucificastes, e a quem Deus ressuscitou dentre os mortos, sim, em seu nome é que este está curado perante vós. 11 Este Jesus é pedra rejeitada por vós, os construtores, a qual se tornou a pedra angular. 12 E não há salvação em nenhum outro; porque abaixo do céu não existe nenhum outro nome, dado entre os homens, pelo qual importa que sejamos salvos. 13 Ao verem a intrepidez de Pedro e João, sabendo que eram homens iletrados e incultos, admiraram-se; e reconheceram que haviam eles estado com Jesus. 14 Vendo com eles o homem que fora curado, nada tinham que dizer em contrário. 15 E, mandando-os sair do Sinédrio, consultavam entre si, 16 dizendo: Que faremos com estes homens? Pois, na verdade, é manifesto a todos os habitantes de Jerusalém que um sinal notório foi feito por eles, e não o podemos negar; 17 mas, para que não haja maior divulgação entre o povo, ameacemo-los para não mais falarem neste nome a quem quer que seja. 18 Chamando-os, ordenaram-lhes que absolutamente não falassem, nem ensinassem em o nome de Jesus. 19 Mas Pedro e João lhes responderam: Julgai se é justo diante de Deus ouvir-vos antes a vós outros do que a Deus; 20 pois nós não podemos deixar de falar das coisas que vimos e ouvimos. 21 Depois, ameaçando-os mais ainda, os soltaram, não tendo achado como os castigar, por causa do povo, porque todos glorificavam a Deus pelo que acontecera. 22 Ora, tinha mais de quarenta anos aquele em quem se operara essa cura milagrosa. 23 Uma vez soltos, procuraram os irmãos e lhes contaram quantas coisas lhes haviam dito os principais sacerdotes e os anciãos. 24 Ouvindo isto, unânimes, levantaram a voz a Deus e disseram: Tu, Soberano Senhor, que fizeste o céu, a terra, o mar e tudo o que neles há; 25 que disseste por intermédio do Espírito Santo, por boca de Davi, nosso pai, teu servo: Por que se enfureceram os gentios, e os povos imaginaram coisas vãs? 26 Levantaram-se os reis da terra, e as autoridades ajuntaram-se à uma contra o Senhor e contra o seu Ungido; 27 porque verdadeiramente se ajuntaram nesta cidade contra o teu santo Servo Jesus, ao qual ungiste, Herodes e Pôncio Pilatos, com gentios e gente de Israel, 28 para fazerem tudo o que a tua mão e o teu propósito predeterminaram; 29 agora, Senhor, olha para as suas ameaças e concede aos teus servos que anunciem com toda a intrepidez a tua palavra, 30 enquanto estendes a mão para fazer curas, sinais e prodígios por intermédio do nome do teu santo Servo Jesus. 31 Tendo eles orado, tremeu o lugar onde estavam reunidos; todos ficaram cheios do Espírito Santo e, com intrepidez, anunciavam a palavra de Deus. 32 Da multidão dos que creram era um o coração e a alma. Ninguém considerava exclusivamente sua nem uma das coisas que possuía; tudo, porém, lhes era comum. 33 Com grande poder, os apóstolos davam testemunho da ressurreição do Senhor Jesus, e em todos eles havia abundante graça. 34 Pois nenhum necessitado havia entre eles, porquanto os que possuíam terras ou casas, vendendo-as, traziam os valores correspondentes 35 e depositavam aos pés dos apóstolos; então, se distribuía a qualquer um à medida que alguém tinha necessidade. 36 José, a quem os apóstolos deram o sobrenome de Barnabé, que quer dizer filho de exortação, levita, natural de Chipre, 37 como tivesse um campo, vendendo-o, trouxe o preço e o depositou aos pés dos apóstolos. https://www.biblegateway.com/ audio/dramatized/kjv/Acts.4 ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  4 And as they spake unto the people, the priests, and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them, 2 Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead. 3 And they laid hands on them, and put them in hold unto the next day: for it was now eventide. 4 Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand. 5 And it came to pass on the morrow, that their rulers, and elders, and scribes, 6 And Annas the high priest, and Caiaphas, and John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the kindred of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem. 7 And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this? 8 Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel, 9 If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole; 10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. 11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. 13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. 14 And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it. 15 But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves, 16 Saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it. 17 But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name. 18 And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus. 19 But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. 20 For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard. 21 So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all men glorified God for that which was done. 22 For the man was above forty years old, on whom this miracle of healing was shewed. 23 And being let go, they went to their own company, and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said unto them. 24 And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is: 25 Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things? 26 The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ. 27 For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together, 28 For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done. 29 And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word, 30 By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus. 31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness. 32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common. 33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all. 34 Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold, 35 And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need. 36 And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus, 37 Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles' feet.  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Jeremias 13 1 Assim me disse o SENHOR: Vai, compra um cinto de linho e põe-no sobre os lombos, mas não o metas na água. 2 Comprei o cinto, segundo a palavra do SENHOR, e o pus sobre os lombos. 3 Então, pela segunda vez me veio a palavra do SENHOR, dizendo: 4 Toma o cinto que compraste e que tens sobre os lombos; dispõe-te, vai ao Eufrates e esconde-o ali na fenda de uma rocha. 5 Fui e escondi-o junto ao Eufrates, como o SENHOR me havia ordenado. 6 Passados muitos dias, disse-me o SENHOR: Dispõe-te, vai ao Eufrates e toma o cinto que te ordenei escondesses ali. 7 Fui ao Eufrates, cavei e tomei o cinto do lugar onde o escondera; eis que o cinto se tinha apodrecido e para nada prestava. 8 Então, me veio a palavra do SENHOR, dizendo: 9 Assim diz o SENHOR: Deste modo farei também apodrecer a soberba de Judá e a muita soberba de Jerusalém. 10 Este povo maligno, que se recusa a ouvir as minhas palavras, que caminha segundo a dureza do seu coração e anda após outros deuses para os servir e adorar, será tal como este cinto, que para nada presta. 11 Porque, como o cinto se apega aos lombos do homem, assim eu fiz apegar-se a mim toda a casa de Israel e toda a casa de Judá, diz o SENHOR, para me serem por povo, e nome, e louvor, e glória; mas não deram ouvidos. 12 Pelo que dize-lhes esta palavra: Assim diz o SENHOR, Deus de Israel: Todo jarro se encherá de vinho; e dir-te-ão: Não sabemos nós muito bem que todo jarro se encherá de vinho? 13 Mas tu dize-lhes: Assim diz o SENHOR: Eis que eu encherei de embriaguez a todos os habitantes desta terra, e aos reis que se assentam no trono de Davi, e aos sacerdotes, e aos profetas, e a todos os habitantes de Jerusalém. 14 Fá-los-ei em pedaços, atirando uns contra os outros, tanto os pais como os filhos, diz o SENHOR; não pouparei, não terei pena, nem terei deles compaixão, para que os não destrua. 15 Ouvi e atentai: não vos ensoberbeçais; porque o SENHOR falou. 16 Dai glória ao SENHOR, vosso Deus, antes que ele faça vir as trevas, e antes que tropecem vossos pés nos montes tenebrosos; antes que, esperando vós luz, ele a mude em sombra de morte e a reduza à escuridão. 17 Mas, se isto não ouvirdes, a minha alma chorará em segredo por causa da vossa soberba; chorarão os meus olhos amargamente e se desfarão em lágrimas, porquanto o rebanho do SENHOR foi levado cativo. 18 Dize ao rei e à rainha-mãe: Humilhai-vos, assentai-vos no chão; porque caiu da vossa cabeça a coroa da vossa glória. 19 As cidades do Sul estão fechadas, e ninguém há que as abra; todo o Judá foi levado para o exílio, todos cativos. 20 Levantai os olhos e vede os que vêm do Norte; onde está o rebanho que te foi confiado, o teu lindo rebanho? 21 Que dirás, quando ele puser por cabeça contra ti aqueles a quem ensinaste a ser amigos? Acaso, não se apoderarão de ti as dores, como à mulher que está de parto? 22 Quando disseres contigo mesmo: Por que me sobrevieram estas coisas? Então, sabe que pela multidão das tuas maldades se levantaram as tuas fraldas, e os teus calcanhares sofrem violência. 23 Pode, acaso, o etíope mudar a sua pele ou o leopardo, as suas manchas? Então, poderíeis fazer o bem, estando acostumados a fazer o mal. 24 Pelo que os espalharei como o restolho, restolho que é arrebatado pelo vento do deserto. 25 Esta será a tua sorte, a porção que te será medida por mim, diz o SENHOR; pois te esqueceste de mim e confiaste em mentiras. 26 Assim, também levantarei as tuas fraldas sobre o teu rosto; e aparecerão as tuas vergonhas. 27 Tenho visto as tuas abominações sobre os outeiros e no campo, a saber, os teus adultérios, os teus rinchos e a luxúria da tua prostituição. Ai de ti, Jerusalém! Até quando Deus vai permitir que eu sofra? Ele não vê o meu sofrimento?' Mas imaginemos como seriam as nações, a Terra, se,  os povos vivessem na prática do verdadeiro bem, segundo a Vontade do Senhor Deus verdadeiro. Se,  assim o fizessem, mediante a própria consciência de agir da forma aprazível ao Altíssimo, Senhor Deus?  Se,  reconhecessem-No, ao Senhor Jesus, entendendo, que ELE é o Verbo, e , que se não fosse por intermédio d'ELE, nem à existência teríamos chegado.  Se,  agissem conforme o que é justo e proveniente do verdadeiro amor, que consiste no verdadeiro bem, a si e ao seu semelhante.  Isto não é religiosidade, não é uma pasta de protocolos para condutas sociais adequadas.
