LEITURA Bíblia Sagrada     Versão - João Ferreira de Almeida - 2ª edição PT-BR King James Version Gênesis 21 Mateus  20 Neemias 10 LEITURA  20º DIA  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Gênesis 21 1 Visitou o SENHOR a Sara, como lhe dissera, e o SENHOR cumpriu o que lhe havia prometido. 2 Sara concebeu e deu à luz um filho a Abraão na sua velhice, no tempo determinado, de que Deus lhe falara. 3 Ao filho que lhe nasceu, que Sara lhe dera à luz, pôs Abraão o nome de Isaque. 4 Abraão circuncidou a seu filho Isaque, quando este era de oito dias, segundo Deus lhe havia ordenado. 5 Tinha Abraão cem anos, quando lhe nasceu Isaque, seu filho. 6 E disse Sara: Deus me deu motivo de riso; e todo aquele que ouvir isso vai rir-se juntamente comigo. 7 E acrescentou: Quem teria dito a Abraão que Sara amamentaria um filho? Pois na sua velhice lhe dei um filho. 8 Isaque cresceu e foi desmamado. Nesse dia em que o menino foi desmamado, deu Abraão um grande banquete. 9 Vendo Sara que o filho de Agar, a egípcia, o qual ela dera à luz a Abraão, caçoava de Isaque, 10 disse a Abraão: Rejeita essa escrava e seu filho; porque o filho dessa escrava não será herdeiro com Isaque, meu filho. 11 Pareceu isso mui penoso aos olhos de Abraão, por causa de seu filho. 12 Disse, porém, Deus a Abraão: Não te pareça isso mal por causa do moço e por causa da tua serva; atende a Sara em tudo o que ela te disser; porque por Isaque será chamada a tua descendência. 13 Mas também do filho da serva farei uma grande nação, por ser ele teu descendente. 14 Levantou-se, pois, Abraão de madrugada, tomou pão e um odre de água, pô-los às costas de Agar, deu-lhe o menino e a despediu. Ela saiu, andando errante pelo deserto de Berseba. 15 Tendo-se acabado a água do odre, colocou ela o menino debaixo de um dos arbustos 16 e, afastando-se, foi sentar-se defronte, à distância de um tiro de arco; porque dizia: Assim, não verei morrer o menino; e, sentando-se em frente dele, levantou a voz e chorou. 17 Deus, porém, ouviu a voz do menino; e o Anjo de Deus chamou do céu a Agar e lhe disse: Que tens, Agar? Não temas, porque Deus ouviu a voz do menino, daí onde está. 18 Ergue-te, levanta o rapaz, segura-o pela mão, porque eu farei dele um grande povo. 19 Abrindo-lhe Deus os olhos, viu ela um poço de água, e, indo a ele, encheu de água o odre, e deu de beber ao rapaz. 20 Deus estava com o rapaz, que cresceu, habitou no deserto e se tornou flecheiro; 21 habitou no deserto de Parã, e sua mãe o casou com uma mulher da terra do Egito. 22 Por esse tempo, Abimeleque e Ficol, comandante do seu exército, disseram a Abraão: Deus é contigo em tudo o que fazes; 23 agora, pois, jura-me aqui por Deus que me não mentirás, nem a meu filho, nem a meu neto; e sim que usarás comigo e com a terra em que tens habitado daquela mesma bondade com que eu te tratei. 24 Respondeu Abraão: Juro. 25 Nada obstante, Abraão repreendeu a Abimeleque por causa de um poço de água que os servos deste lhe haviam tomado à força. 26 Respondeu-lhe Abimeleque: Não sei quem terá feito isso; também nada me fizeste saber, nem tampouco ouvi falar disso, senão hoje. 27 Tomou Abraão ovelhas e bois e deu-os a Abimeleque; e fizeram ambos uma aliança. 28 Pôs Abraão à parte sete cordeiras do rebanho. 29 Perguntou Abimeleque a Abraão: Que significam as sete cordeiras que puseste à parte? 30 Respondeu Abraão: Receberás de minhas mãos as sete cordeiras, para que me sirvam de testemunho de que eu cavei este poço. 31 Por isso, se chamou aquele lugar Berseba, porque ali juraram eles ambos. 32 Assim, fizeram aliança em Berseba; levantaram-se Abimeleque e Ficol, comandante do seu exército, e voltaram para as terras dos filisteus. 33 Plantou Abraão tamargueiras em Berseba e invocou ali o nome do SENHOR, Deus Eterno. 34 E foi Abraão, por muito tempo, morador na terra dos filisteus. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  21 And the Lord visited Sarah as he had said, and the Lord did unto Sarah as he had spoken. 2 For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him. 3 And Abraham called the name of his son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bare to him, Isaac. 4 And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac being eight days old, as God had commanded him. 5 And Abraham was an hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him. 6 And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me. 7 And she said, Who would have said unto Abraham, that Sarah should have given children suck? for I have born him a son in his old age. 8 And the child grew, and was weaned: and Abraham made a great feast the same day that Isaac was weaned. 9 And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, which she had born unto Abraham, mocking. 10 Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac. 11 And the thing was very grievous in Abraham's sight because of his son. 12 And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called. 13 And also of the son of the bondwoman will I make a nation, because he is thy seed. 14 And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread, and a bottle of water, and gave it unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, and the child, and sent her away: and she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Beersheba. 15 And the water was spent in the bottle, and she cast the child under one of the shrubs. 16 And she went, and sat her down over against him a good way off, as it were a bow shot: for she said, Let me not see the death of the child. And she sat over against him, and lift up her voice, and wept. 17 And God heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is. 18 Arise, lift up the lad, and hold him in thine hand; for I will make him a great nation. 19 And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink. 20 And God was with the lad; and he grew, and dwelt in the wilderness, and became an archer. 21 And he dwelt in the wilderness of Paran: and his mother took him a wife out of the land of Egypt. 22 And it came to pass at that time, that Abimelech and Phichol the chief captain of his host spake unto Abraham, saying, God is with thee in all that thou doest: 23 Now therefore swear unto me here by God that thou wilt not deal falsely with me, nor with my son, nor with my son's son: but according to the kindness that I have done unto thee, thou shalt do unto me, and to the land wherein thou hast sojourned. 24 And Abraham said, I will swear. 25 And Abraham reproved Abimelech because of a well of water, which Abimelech's servants had violently taken away. 26 And Abimelech said, I wot not who hath done this thing; neither didst thou tell me, neither yet heard I of it, but to day. 27 And Abraham took sheep and oxen, and gave them unto Abimelech; and both of them made a covenant. 28 And Abraham set seven ewe lambs of the flock by themselves. 29 And Abimelech said unto Abraham, What mean these seven ewe lambs which thou hast set by themselves? 30 And he said, For these seven ewe lambs shalt thou take of my hand, that they may be a witness unto me, that I have digged this well. 31 Wherefore he called that place Beersheba; because there they sware both of them. 32 Thus they made a covenant at Beersheba: then Abimelech rose up, and Phichol the chief captain of his host, and they returned into the land of the Philistines. 33 And Abraham planted a grove in Beersheba, and called there on the name of the Lord, the everlasting God. 34 And Abraham sojourned in the Philistines' land many days. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Mateus 20 1 Porque o reino dos céus é semelhante a um dono de casa que saiu de madrugada para assalariar trabalhadores para a sua vinha. 2 E, tendo ajustado com os trabalhadores a um denário por dia, mandou-os para a vinha. 3 Saindo pela terceira hora, viu, na praça, outros que estavam desocupados 4 e disse-lhes: Ide vós também para a vinha, e vos darei o que for justo. Eles foram. 5 Tendo saído outra vez, perto da hora sexta e da nona, procedeu da mesma forma, 6 e, saindo por volta da hora undécima, encontrou outros que estavam desocupados e perguntou-lhes: Por que estivestes aqui desocupados o dia todo? 7 Responderam-lhe: Porque ninguém nos contratou. Então, lhes disse ele: Ide também vós para a vinha. 8 Ao cair da tarde, disse o senhor da vinha ao seu administrador: Chama os trabalhadores e paga-lhes o salário, começando pelos últimos, indo até aos primeiros. 9 Vindo os da hora undécima, recebeu cada um deles um denário. 10 Ao chegarem os primeiros, pensaram que receberiam mais; porém também estes receberam um denário cada um. 11 Mas, tendo-o recebido, murmuravam contra o dono da casa, 12 dizendo: Estes últimos trabalharam apenas uma hora; contudo, os igualaste a nós, que suportamos a fadiga e o calor do dia. 13 Mas o proprietário, respondendo, disse a um deles: Amigo, não te faço injustiça; não combinaste comigo um denário? 14 Toma o que é teu e vai-te; pois quero dar a este último tanto quanto a ti. 15 Porventura, não me é lícito fazer o que quero do que é meu? Ou são maus os teus olhos porque eu sou bom? 16 Assim, os últimos serão primeiros, e os primeiros serão últimos [porque muitos são chamados, mas poucos escolhidos]. 17 Estando Jesus para subir a Jerusalém, chamou à parte os doze e, em caminho, lhes disse: 18 Eis que subimos para Jerusalém, e o Filho do Homem será entregue aos principais sacerdotes e aos escribas. Eles o condenarão à morte. 19 E o entregarão aos gentios para ser escarnecido, açoitado e crucificado; mas, ao terceiro dia, ressurgirá. 20 Então, se chegou a ele a mulher de Zebedeu, com seus filhos, e, adorando-o, pediu-lhe um favor. 21 Perguntou-lhe ele: Que queres? Ela respondeu: Manda que, no teu reino, estes meus dois filhos se assentem, um à tua direita, e o outro à tua esquerda. 22 Mas Jesus respondeu: Não sabeis o que pedis. Podeis vós beber o cálice que eu estou para beber? Responderam-lhe: Podemos. 23 Então, lhes disse: Bebereis o meu cálice; mas o assentar-se à minha direita e à minha esquerda não me compete concedê-lo; é, porém, para aqueles a quem está preparado por meu Pai. 24 Ora, ouvindo isto os dez, indignaram-se contra os dois irmãos. 25 Então, Jesus, chamando-os, disse: Sabeis que os governadores dos povos os dominam e que os maiorais exercem autoridade sobre eles. 26 Não é assim entre vós; pelo contrário, quem quiser tornar-se grande entre vós, será esse o que vos sirva; 27 e quem quiser ser o primeiro entre vós será vosso servo; 28 tal como o Filho do Homem, que não veio para ser servido, mas para servir e dar a sua vida em resgate por muitos. 29 Saindo eles de Jericó, uma grande multidão o acompanhava. 30 E eis que dois cegos, assentados à beira do caminho, tendo ouvido que Jesus passava, clamaram: Senhor, Filho de Davi, tem compaixão de nós! 31 Mas a multidão os repreendia para que se calassem; eles, porém, gritavam cada vez mais: Senhor, Filho de Davi, tem misericórdia de nós! 32 Então, parando Jesus, chamou-os e perguntou: Que quereis que eu vos faça? 33 Responderam: Senhor, que se nos abram os olhos. 34 Condoído, Jesus tocou-lhes os olhos, e imediatamente recuperaram a vista e o foram seguindo. 20 For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard. 2 And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard. 3 And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, 4 And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way. 5 Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise. 6 And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle? 7 They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive. 8 So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them their hire, beginning from the last unto the first. 9 And when they came that were hired about the eleventh hour, they received every man a penny. 10 But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny. 11 And when they had received it, they murmured against the goodman of the house, 12 Saying, These last have wrought but one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day. 13 But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny? 14 Take that thine is, and go thy way: I will give unto this last, even as unto thee. 15 Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good? 16 So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen. 17 And Jesus going up to Jerusalem took the twelve disciples apart in the way, and said unto them, 18 Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death, 19 And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and the third day he shall rise again. 20 Then came to him the mother of Zebedees children with her sons, worshipping him, and desiring a certain thing of him. 21 And he said unto her, What wilt thou? She saith unto him, Grant that these my two sons may sit, the one on thy right hand, and the other on the left, in thy kingdom. 22 But Jesus answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able. 23 And he saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father. 24 And when the ten heard it, they were moved with indignation against the two brethren. 25 But Jesus called them unto him, and said, Ye know that the princes of the Gentiles exercise dominion over them, and they that are great exercise authority upon them. 26 But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister; 27 And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: 28 Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. 29 And as they departed from Jericho, a great multitude followed him. 30 And, behold, two blind men sitting by the way side, when they heard that Jesus passed by, cried out, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou son of David. 31 And the multitude rebuked them, because they should hold their peace: but they cried the more, saying, Have mercy on us, O Lord, thou son of David. 32 And Jesus stood still, and called them, and said, What will ye that I shall do unto you? 33 They say unto him, Lord, that our eyes may be opened. 34 So Jesus had compassion on them, and touched their eyes: and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him. ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  ..... ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦ ◦  Neemias 10 1 Os que selaram foram: Neemias, o governador, filho de Hacalias, e Zedequias, 2 Seraías, Azarias, Jeremias, 3 Pasur, Amarias, Malquias, 4 Hatus, Sebanias, Maluque, 5 Harim, Meremote, Obadias, 6 Daniel, Ginetom, Baruque, 7 Mesulão, Abias, Miamim, 8 Maazias, Bilgai, Semaías; estes eram os sacerdotes. 9 E os levitas: Jesua, filho de Azanias, Binui, dos filhos de Henadade, Cadmiel 10 e os irmãos deles: Sebanias, Hodias, Quelita, Pelaías, Hanã, 11 Mica, Reobe, Hasabias, 12 Zacur, Serebias, Sebanias, 13 Hodias, Bani e Beninu. 14 Os chefes do povo: Parós, Paate-Moabe, Elão, Zatu, Bani, 15 Buni, Azgade, Bebai, 16 Adonias, Bigvai, Adim, 17 Ater, Ezequias, Azur, 18 Hodias, Hasum, Besai, 19 Harife, Anatote, Nebai, 20 Magpias, Mesulão, Hezir, 21 Mesezabel, Zadoque, Jadua, 22 Pelatias, Hanã, Anaías, 23 Oséias, Hananias, Hassube, 24 Haloés, Pilha, Sobeque, 25 Reum, Hasabna, Maaséias, 26 Aías, Hanã, Anã, 27 Maluque, Harim e Baaná. 28 O resto do povo, os sacerdotes, os levitas, os porteiros, os cantores, os servidores do templo e todos os que se tinham separado dos povos de outras terras para a Lei de Deus, suas mulheres, seus filhos e suas filhas, todos os que tinham saber e entendimento, 29 firmemente aderiram a seus irmãos; seus nobres convieram, numa imprecação e num juramento, de que andariam na Lei de Deus, que foi dada por intermédio de Moisés, servo de Deus, de que guardariam e cumpririam todos os mandamentos do SENHOR, nosso Deus, e os seus juízos e os seus estatutos; 30 de que não dariam as suas filhas aos povos da terra, nem tomariam as filhas deles para os seus filhos; 31 de que, trazendo os povos da terra no dia de sábado qualquer mercadoria e qualquer cereal para venderem, nada comprariam deles no sábado, nem no dia santificado; e de que, no ano sétimo, abririam mão da colheita e de toda e qualquer cobrança. 32 Também sobre nós pusemos preceitos, impondo-nos cada ano a terça parte de um siclo para o serviço da casa do nosso Deus, 33 e para os pães da proposição, e para a contínua oferta de manjares, e para o contínuo holocausto dos sábados e das Festas da Lua Nova, e para as festas fixas, e para as coisas sagradas, e para as ofertas pelo pecado, e para fazer expiação por Israel, e para toda a obra da casa do nosso Deus. 34 Nós, os sacerdotes, os levitas e o povo deitamos sortes acerca da oferta da lenha que se havia de trazer à casa do nosso Deus, segundo as nossas famílias, a tempos determinados, de ano em ano, para se queimar sobre o altar do SENHOR, nosso Deus, como está escrito na Lei. 35 E que também traríamos as primícias da nossa terra e todas as primícias de todas as árvores frutíferas, de ano em ano, à Casa do SENHOR; 36 os primogênitos dos nossos filhos e os do nosso gado, como está escrito na Lei; e que os primogênitos das nossas manadas e das nossas ovelhas traríamos à casa do nosso Deus, aos sacerdotes que ministram nela. 37 As primícias da nossa massa, as nossas ofertas, o fruto de toda árvore, o vinho e o azeite traríamos aos sacerdotes, às câmaras da casa do nosso Deus; os dízimos da nossa terra, aos levitas, pois a eles cumpre receber os dízimos em todas as cidades onde há lavoura. 38 O sacerdote, filho de Arão, estaria com os levitas quando estes recebessem os dízimos, e os levitas trariam os dízimos dos dízimos à casa do nosso Deus, às câmaras da casa do tesouro. 39 Porque àquelas câmaras os filhos de Israel e os filhos de Levi devem trazer ofertas do cereal, do vinho e do azeite; porquanto se acham ali os vasos do santuário, como também os sacerdotes que ministram, e os porteiros, e os cantores; e, assim, não desampararíamos a casa do nosso Deus. 10 Now those that sealed were, Nehemiah, the Tirshatha, the son of Hachaliah, and Zidkijah, 2 Seraiah, Azariah, Jeremiah, 3 Pashur, Amariah, Malchijah, 4 Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluch, 5 Harim, Meremoth, Obadiah, 6 Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch, 7 Meshullam, Abijah, Mijamin, 8 Maaziah, Bilgai, Shemaiah: these were the priests. 9 And the Levites: both Jeshua the son of Azaniah, Binnui of the sons of Henadad, Kadmiel; 10 And their brethren, Shebaniah, Hodijah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan, 11 Micha, Rehob, Hashabiah, 12 Zaccur, Sherebiah, Shebaniah, 13 Hodijah, Bani, Beninu. 14 The chief of the people; Parosh, Pahathmoab, Elam, Zatthu, Bani, 15 Bunni, Azgad, Bebai, 16 Adonijah, Bigvai, Adin, 17 Ater, Hizkijah, Azzur, 18 Hodijah, Hashum, Bezai, 19 Hariph, Anathoth, Nebai, 20 Magpiash, Meshullam, Hezir, 21 Meshezabeel, Zadok, Jaddua, 22 Pelatiah, Hanan, Anaiah, 23 Hoshea, Hananiah, Hashub, 24 Hallohesh, Pileha, Shobek, 25 Rehum, Hashabnah, Maaseiah, 26 And Ahijah, Hanan, Anan, 27 Malluch, Harim, Baanah. 28 And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the porters, the singers, the Nethinims, and all they that had separated themselves from the people of the lands unto the law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, every one having knowledge, and having understanding; 29 They clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God's law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the Lord our Lord, and his judgments and his statutes; 30 And that we would not give our daughters unto the people of the land, not take their daughters for our sons: 31 And if the people of the land bring ware or any victuals on the sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy it of them on the sabbath, or on the holy day: and that we would leave the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt. 32 Also we made ordinances for us, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God; 33 For the shewbread, and for the continual meat offering, and for the continual burnt offering, of the sabbaths, of the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy things, and for the sin offerings to make an atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God. 34 And we cast the lots among the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood offering, to bring it into the house of our God, after the houses of our fathers, at times appointed year by year, to burn upon the altar of the Lord our God, as it is written in the law: 35 And to bring the firstfruits of our ground, and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year, unto the house of the Lord: 36 Also the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our God, unto the priests that minister in the house of our God: 37 And that we should bring the firstfruits of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, of wine and of oil, unto the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God;
